Your Voice Matters

SurveyAs the year draws to a close, Moonit is looking to see what we're doing right and what we could be doing better. We'll be sending out a super short (fewer than 10 question) survey soon that you can answer in mere seconds. The questionnaire will be asking users to let us know what their experience has been with the site's Phase I features over the past few months–don't worry, it's multiple choice! In addition, we'll introduce some new features in progress to see whether or not you're interested in them. We'll be sure to share our results once they're tallied.

Mini Moonit is Here

WidgetMockWe're almost done getting the "mini me" version of Moonit up and running.  This basic application or "widget" can live anywhere on the Web, so we're excited to embed it in like-minded sites serving a similar audience. We want users to be able to moon people wherever they are, without having to go to the stand alone site. You'll be able to easily enter in any two people's birth dates and get the title a short version of the output. Users can easily share the output with others and click to get their full output from the site.

Moonit Goes Mobile!

Posted by dana at 1:12 pm on Friday, November 13th, 2009.

The Moonit concept was always intended to be used "on the go" and "in the field," and now you can access it wherever & whenever you need it most! The mobile-friendly version of our site recognizes when you're browsing on a mobile device and transitions to the version of Moonit's offering that you see here.

Simply go to www.moonit.com as you would on your computers and you'll be directed to the mobile-friendly site version automatically! When you meet new people at a party, bar, conference or on the street, you can Moon them on the spot. It's super fast, easy to use and cuts right to the chase. The Stars and The Couch are great time killers when you're waiting for that bus, falling asleep in class or bored as hell on a long taxi ride.  Try it out on your device and let us know how your experience goes.

Learn Something New Every Day

Posted by dana at 4:12 pm on Friday, November 6th, 2009.

smartypantsMoonit wants to make sure we all learn something new every day. That's why we're teaming up again with our partners at Astrolabe to create a brand new feature on the site: dynamic relationship updates! In addition to the relationship assessments we're already providing, Moonit will be updating your relationships in real-time to let you know what to expect with your crush, significant other, boss, best friend or mother-in-law every day. So pretty soon you'll know… when to call in sick with the swine flu and when to show up for work bright and early with bells on… when to get home a little bit later than usual or go ahead and get it on… when to screen that call and when to pick up…
